For appointments and requests for visits please telephone 01479 810258. Whenever possible, requests for home visits should be made by 10.30am before the doctors leave the surgery.

We aim to offer our patients access to a member of the Primary Care Team within 2 working days (not including weekends) and an appointment with a named doctor within 5 working days (not including weekends).

Telephone Advice

Between 9-9.30am and 2-2.30pm every day, we offer telephone advice from our duty doctor. This is useful if for example you just want some advice about a condition, a quick repeat prescription or a friendly discussion. Please be aware that at peak times our duty doctor can be extremely busy (especially if an unexpected emergency occurs). We will always try and keep you informed of any delays but the nature of the job is such that this can be difficult to predict at times

 

8am - 6pm Monday to Friday

We have a doctor on call for emergencies all times between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Genuine emergencies such as heart attacks, road traffic accidents etc will always take priority so please bear with us if the duty doctor is tied up at an emergency.
