Surgery Extension
After five months of considerable disruption, we are pleased to announce that our new extension is now complete. This provides us with several new consulting rooms, a new treatment suite/minor operations room and a new managers office. Work continues at the Health Centre now to upgrade the dental surgery facilities. We would like to thank all our patients for their understanding during the building work and hope that it will help us to continue to provide you all with quality medical services.

Changes to requests for repeat prescriptions
Please note that to ensure the security of patient's personal details, we will soon be introducing a secure web page for repeat prescription requests; an upgrade to our current online facility. Once this is set up, it is our ultimate intention that this will become the only electronic way to request a prescription from us. We will be phasing out the ability to accept direct email requests from patients for prescriptions. More information to follow once we have this service up and running.
Doctors In Training
Dr Fiona Watt and Dr Elizabeth Henderson joined the practice for training periods of one year and four months respectively from 4th August 2010. Their clinical supervisors are Drs Appleby and Martin respectively.
Medical Student Placements
Ailsa Murray, a 4th year medical student from Aberdeen University is currently on placement with us from 28th July - 25th August. Dr Mike Langran will be her medical student clinical supervisor although she will spend time sitting in with all the GPs and nursing staff.
